funnel cake churros The Funnel Dog - Handle It

Let Prince Atari teach you how to make the Funnel Dog! There's nothing better than some sort of meat food on a stick!

Ingredients
4 Hot-dogs
1/2 Pack of bacon
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp cinnamon

Batter
2 Cups of flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tbsp of salt
2 Cups of milk
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup of sugar

2 Cups or chocolate chips
1/4 cup of peanut butter
1/2 Cup caramel sauce
5 to 10 Two bite brownies

Tools
2 Frying pans
2 Large pots
1 Chef knife
1 Cutting board
1 Wooden spoon/Slotted spoon
2 Mixing bowls
1 Spatula
1 Pair of tongs
Skewers

Step 1
Cook hot-dogs in a frying pan on medium to high heat for 5 to 8 minutes until crispy.

Step 2
Cut bacon in to bits then cook in a frying pan on high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until crispy. Once bacon is cooked add 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 Tbsp cinnamon then mix well.

Step 3
In a mixing bowl add 2 cups of flour, 1 Tbsp baking powder, 2 Tbsp salt and mix well. In a separate bowl add 2 Cups of milk, 3 eggs, 1/4 cup of sugar and mix well then add dry ingredients and continuing mixing until batter is thick.

Step 4
Pour batter into a large cup (pint) then dip hot-dogs into batter completely and deep fry in oil heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 to 6 minutes until golden brown.

Step 5
Bring a large pot of water to a boil then place a metal mixing bowl on top, add 2 cups of chocolate chips and stir until melted then add 1/4 cup of peanut butter and mix well.

Step 6
Skewer funnel dogs then drizzle chocolate sauce on top and crumble two bite brownies on to the sauce. Drizzle caramel sauce over the funnel dogs then sprinkle candy bacon on top.
